Sowberry House stands in 1 acre of landscaped gardens and grounds and is part of the small historic Gautby village which is conveniently situated close to the centre of Lincolnshire on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The house was built between the years 1996 and 1998 by the present owners who have sourced materials from around the country and used local craftsmen to create a beautiful and unique country home. Great attention to detail throughout the property and the use of English timber, French limestone, York stone and period fittings add character and quality.
